It’s no mean feat to organise a raid across Lyme Bay. You need 6 crews with the correct balance of bow/stroke side rowers, 6 coxes, transport, harbour use and many other logistics, all of which were organised brilliantly by Catriona Macphee and Simon Binns. Brydian and Dagger our beautiful wooden gigs made their first summer appearance; the weather gods were incredibly kind (perhaps a little warm) and glass like flat seas ensured the much anticipated adventure could come to fruition.
